THE FUNGURIST

According to studies and research, the prohormon D is the most common vitamin we lack of.

Usually the human body produces vitamin D by absorbing and converting provitamin D by UVA radiation. Through documenting the daily life of customers we found out that it is impossible to get the daily dose of this essential vitamin through sun radiation because we spend most of our time indoors.

Changing our alimentation habits towards protein-based diets would compensate this, but it is not globally sustainable. Through research in other areas, mushrooms are proved to be an alternative to protein-rich food.
